We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours, however this may be delayed on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund or exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed.
